Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid MetaMate plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason, email support@metamateplugin.com within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

2. After the first 14 days

We will still refund you if:

• you were charged twice, or paid by accident; or
• the plugin does not work as described and our support team cannot fix the problem within 14 days of your written report.

We will not refund a change of mind after the first 14 days, a problem caused by a conflict with a third-party theme or plugin, or a problem caused by not following the installation instructions.

To ask for a refund, email support@metamateplugin.com with your order number and a short description.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time from your account dashboard, or by contacting support. Your licence stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

4. The Free plan

The Free plan is SearchVesa, a free plugin from WordPress.org. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.

5. How refunds are processed

We review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away your legal rights. For example, if digital content is faulty, you may have legal rights to a repair, a replacement or a refund, whatever this policy says. Contact us at support@metamateplugin.com and we will help.
