Refund Policy

Last Updated: November 2025

1. Overview

MetaMate is a digital software plugin delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

Because access to the product is provided instantly, you acknowledge that by downloading or activating MetaMate, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under EU and UK consumer protection law.

All completed purchases are therefore final and non-refundable, except in limited cases described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment or accidental double charge occurred.
  • The plugin fails to function as advertised, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 14 days of your written report.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us at support@metamateplugin.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Refunds are not available for:
  • Change of mind after download or activation.
  • User error, website conflicts, or incompatibility caused by third-party themes or plugins.
  • Lack of technical knowledge or failure to follow installation instructions.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Your license will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

4. Free Beta Plan

The Free Beta plan is completely free of charge and carries no payment or refund obligations.

5. Refund Processing

All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

7. Legal Reference

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital goods delivered immediately are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period once access has been granted, provided the consumer gives explicit consent — which occurs when you download or activate MetaMate.
