1. Introduction

Welcome to MetaMate, an AI-powered SEO plugin developed and operated by RankRider Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”).

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MetaMate plugin, website, and related services. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using MetaMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our plugin or website.

2. Definitions

  • “Product” or “Plugin” refers to the MetaMate AI SEO Plugin.
  • “User,” “You,” or “Customer” refers to any individual or organization that installs, purchases, or uses MetaMate.
  • “License” means the right to use the plugin as described under Section 3.
  • “Website” refers to www.metamateplugin.com.

3. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase or activation, MetaMate grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the plugin in accordance with the plan you purchased.
License terms by plan:
  • Free Beta: 1 website, non-commercial testing only.
  • Standard: 1 licensed website.
  • Premium: Up to 10 licensed websites.
  • Enterprise/Custom: As specified in your agreement.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage MetaMate or its code in any form.

4. Intellectual Property

MetaMate and all related materials — including source code, branding, design, and AI-generated models — are the intellectual property of RankRider Solutions. You are granted usage rights, not ownership. Copying, reverse engineering, or modifying the software without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Software Updates

MetaMate may release updates, patches, or new features periodically. Active license holders are entitled to receive these updates automatically within the duration of their plan.

Response time is typically within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri). Support is limited to installation, activation, and plugin functionality — we cannot provide custom development, SEO consulting, or third-party troubleshooting.

7. Payment & Subscription Terms

Paid licenses are billed either monthly or annually as per the plan selected. Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

8. Termination of License

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses for:
  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Unauthorized distribution or modification of the plugin.
  • Non-payment or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, your right to use MetaMate ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

MetaMate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
While we strive for accuracy and stability, we make no guarantees that:
  • The plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • AI-generated content will always meet user intent or SEO expectations.
  • The product will integrate seamlessly with every third-party theme or plugin.
Under no circumstances shall RankRider Solutions be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of MetaMate.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
  • Use MetaMate lawfully and ethically.
  • Not misuse, copy, or resell the plugin.
  • Maintain backups of your WordPress site.
  • Comply with data protection and copyright laws in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content generated or published using MetaMate.

11. Privacy & Data Handling

Your use of MetaMate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data under GDPR.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
